That dern youth minister tagged me :)

I’ve been tagged by Lee. Here ya go.

Here is how it works:
1) Grab the book closest to you
2) Open to page 123, go down to the fourth sentence
3) Post the text of the following three sentences
4) Name the author and book title
5) Tag three people to do the same

The burial-place had got to the pass that its little heaps of poor grass were undistinguishable from one another; the figure on the Cross might have come down, for anything that could be seen of it. In the village, taxers and taxed were fast asleep. Dreaming, perhaps, of banquets, as the starved usually do, and of ease and rest, as the driven slave and the yoked ox may, its lean inhabitants slept soundly, and were fed and freed.
The fountain in the village flowed unseen and unheard, and the fountain at the chateau dropped unseen and unheard — both melting away, like the minutes that were falling from the spring of Time–through three dark hours.

This quote is from Charles Dickens masterpiece, A Tale of Two Cities. My musical analysis teacher referenced this book a lot so I decided to read it. I also wanted to challenge myself to read something that is considered a classic. Don’t ask me what is going on during this quote because I haven’t gotten that far yet.

I would tag other people but all my blogger friends have already been tagged.
